The Pinot Noir and Chardonnay grapes used to make the Lake Sonoma
Brut were grown in the cooler portions of the Russian River
Valley. These vineyards give us fruit with beautiful natural
acidity and bright fruit, perfect for sparkling wine
production. The grapes are gently whole-cluster pressed,
without crushing. The resulting cuvee wines are very
delicate, with bright fruit aromas and crisp flavors.
