Refreshing varietal notes of lime zest, Bartlett pear, juniper and a hint of savory herbs. The crisp palate and clean finish offer a balance between ripe fruit and zesty acidity.
This wine was made from some of the best Sauvignon Blanc vineyards in Sonoma County; Dry Creek Valley is renown for its top-quality Sauvignon Blanc grapes. Harvested at the peak of flavor, the grapes are gently pressed and then cold fermented in stainless steel tanks to preserve their crisp, fruity flavors. No barrels or malolactic fermentation were used during the winemaking process. This allowed the true character of the grape to express itself with a refreshing combination of citrus, herbal and spicy characters.
The wine pairs nicely with seafood, chicken and spicy Mexican or Thai cuisine.
